The type of training the staff have received. There are three types of training: State Continuing Education Clock Hours (SCECHs) are organized professional development activities that teachers use for progression. District Provided Professional Development (DPPD) could also be used by educators to renew their certificate or progression.College Credits are also used for professional development and certificate renewal/progression.
